TravelClaim is a no-login web app that helps travellers turn a stressful flight problem into a properly structured complaint, addressed to the right organisation.
What it does
Describe what happened once. We figure out the right format, the right facts, and the right place to send it. The complaint is yours — you copy it, edit it, and send it.
What it does not do
We are not a law firm and we do not file claims on your behalf. We do not chase airlines for compensation, we do not take a cut of any payout, and we do not ask for your bank details. The core path stays free.
Why it exists
Air-passenger rights regulations like EU261 and the Montreal Convention give travellers real protections, but the paperwork is intimidating and the deadlines are short. TravelClaim handles the structure so you can focus on the facts.
How it is built
Every legal rule, deadline, and routing decision is explicit code reviewed by a legal advisor — never an AI guess. The only thing AI may touch is light tone refinement, and only on the body text, never on facts or framework citations.
